We will always discuss the quote prior to beginning the production process. It will also include the estimated time and costs of the deliverable and services.
The final cost of a project may vary due to a few reasons.

Changes made by the client during the project that affect the initial request and costs.

• • A slight increase in the prices in third party costs during the period of the quote being handed to the client and the delivery of the project. When required, we will inform the client in writing of this eventuality ahead of time.
• • Increase in our time spent on the project due to reasons beyond our control.
• • The addition of third-party costs that could not be foreseen at the time of the initial quote.
• • Tax may be added to the total invoice amount.
• • At our discretion, we may request an initial deposit before any work had begun.

A form or a written letter of approval will need to be signed and supplied by the client prior to the delivery of the work. This is an agreement that the client is wholly satisfied with the work and services carried out by SEO PAQ. Any errors and omissions after this point are the responsibility of the client and not SEO PAQ. Amends that are needed to be made to work/project after this form has been received will incur extra charges.
Rights and ownership

RIGHTS:

All services provided by SEO PAQ shall be for the exclusive use of the client other than for SEO PAQ’s promotional use. SEO PAQ will have full ownership and transferable rights to all approved final deliverable created by SEO PAQ.

SEO PAQ cannot guarantee the Client exclusivity of any marketing concept, strategy, design or other intellectual property provided. Therefore, SEO PAQ will not accept liability for any alleged claim from the Client or any Third Party as the result of unintentional similarity in a copyright protected or registered trademarks/emblem or brand of the party, identity, strap line, color usage, image style and content, product or otherwise.

It remains the Client’s responsibility to seek copyright protection if desired for any creative/intellectual property provided to the Client by SEO PAQ.
We reserve the right to use samples of the design work we completed on our client’s behalf to publicize our own services and products. We may include a design credit (e.g. Designed by SEO PAQ) in an appropriate place, but that does not affect the integrity of the final deliverable.

PAYMENTS

Invoices must be paid completely within 30 days from the date of the invoice. In the event that the installment is postponed later than 30 days, at that point we will practice our statutory right to attest intrigue and remuneration for obligation recuperation costs under the late installment enactment.

Two written warnings will be submitted before legal proceedings have initiated. The client agrees to pay all collection charges and legal fees in relation to the debt. SEO PAQ reserves the right to remove websites, deliverable and services, in the event of non-payment.

If a project is on hold indefinitely or cancelled for whatever reason at any stage, from your side, then we may invoice you in full or for all the work completed up to that point, plus any costs we face for external supplies already ordered for the project.

DELAYS

Disease, damage, or different occasions outside SEO PAQ’s ability to control, for example, fire, robbery, PC disappointment, and Acts of God may bring about a deferral of erratic length.

OUTSOURCING RIGHTS

SEO PAQ reserves the right to commission freelance support or outsource any job if it is felt, it is in the best interests of the Client. Any outsourced job remains the property/responsibility of SEO PAQ and such services are deemed to be carried out ‘indirectly’ by SEO PAQ.

CLAIMS

If the client is dissatisfied with the products or Services provided by SEO PAQ or claims to cancel an ongoing project, there will be no refund of the initial deposit or the final payment made by the client.

We will not be liable for any claim made after the delivery unless there are exceptional circumstances where the client was not able to adhere to. SEO PAQ is not liable for reasons beyond its control including Acts of God, legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, power failure, strike or disputes during the contract of the project.

SEO PAQ will reserve the option to photo all finished work and will reserve the option to utilize such photos for production, presentation, or other special purposes.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The client shall inform SEO PAQ in writing before the project commences if any portion of any material or information provided by the client or if any portion of the project is confidential.

INDEMNITY
